Zofia is a qualified and registered Cranio Sacral Therapist with a energy healing and bodywork background. She's been interested in spirituality since she remembers, and witnessing her father's terminal illness and his passing awakened in her deep compassion and need to work with people to ease their emotional and physical pain.
The journey of healing and discovery of her gifts in healing arts took her thorough training in many energy healing and bodywork modalities like Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Thai Yoga Massage Theta Healing and Vipassana Meditation.
Zofia discovered Cranio Sacral Therapy when suffering from long-term lower back pain. In the first session she received, she felt not only physical pain easing in her back but also releases of deep emotional memories she didn't even know she carried. She felt a profound connection to her inner wisdom, felt reassured of being on the right path and dedicated the next few years to the deep healing process and learning this modality as a profession.
Zofia is passionate about her work, and she also helps CST students develop their skills, working as a tutor at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy in London.
She brings a sense of peace and calmness to people she works with, helping their systems to let go of accumulated stress, release emotional and physical trauma on many levels and find a more profound sense of connection, health and well-being.
Zofia is dedicated to continual growth and development, and currently, she?s deepening her knowledge in a 2-year post-graduate training of ?Integrative Baby Therapy? to work with babies, children and adults in releasing pre and peri-natal imprints that shape our personality, emotional and physical patterns.
